Development continues near High Point’s Truist Point Stadium

This week, the Earl and Kathryn Congdon Family Foundation announced the purchase of the Stickley Furniture building, which will serve as an extension of the Congdon Yards development near the stadium.

HIGH POINT — The Stickley Audi and Co. furniture showroom property next to Truist Point baseball stadium has been sold for $3.85 million to a limited licensed company headed by Old Dominion Freight Line Chairman David S. Congdon.
