Conveniently located in the heart of downtown High Point, The LOFT at Congdon Yards offers multiple, uniquely designed spaces to accommodate events of many sizes and styles.

Once a hosiery mill, the Factory building dates back to the early 20th century and pays homage to High Point’s rich industrial history. With classic architectural elements such as warm wood plank floors, timber columns and original brick, you can feel the impact of this building’s history the moment you step through its doors.

The LOFT at Congdon Yards is designed to easily adapt to meet each client’s needs.

TERMS

  • 50% Non-refundable deposit of total fee and signed contract are required to confirm date.
  • 3% Charge when paying with credit card.
  • Balance & refundable damage deposit is due 90 days prior to the event or date is cancelled (30 days for corporate clients)
  • Any use of alcoholic beverages shall be the sole responsibility of the User who will secure any licenses, staff or permits required by law.

  • Caterers are responsible for leaving the facility in the same condition as when they arrived prior to the event.
  • All trash, recyclables, food, beverages, and equipment must be removed immediately following the event.
  • Any liquor service, which includes beer and wine, requires an ABC permit and liquor liability coverage.
  • Caterers NOT on the Preferred Caterers list must be approved by management and a $350 fee will be charged.
